# ClaimAppConstants

`ClaimAppConstants` inherits `AppConstants` (local project reference, `SAIF.Application`) and centralizes shared, user-facing message strings and the claim-domain DPI connection key used across `ClaimAppManager`'s context-change, security-enforcement, and data-layer-establishment logic.

## Purpose
- Provide a single source of truth for user-facing messages shown during claim context validation ([BR-CLM-006](../../business-rules.md#br-clm-006-blank-placeholder-claim-number-rejected)) and claim retrieval ([BR-CLM-007](../../business-rules.md#br-clm-007-claim-not-found-messaging)).
- Supply the `DPIClaimKey` constant (`"ClaimDPI"`) used to establish the Oracle data portal in [Establish data layer](../../operations/establish-data-layer.md).
